Best F30 suspension upgrade options. My car has ~38K miles and it is so wobbly and bouncy on the freeway. I got my suspension and alignment checked and all are within spec. I'm running the right pressure as well. I am thinking that its just the F30 suspension that is terrible on the freeway and as the tires wear out the ride gets worse and worse.

The fact that the car stalled afterwards as well is another clue it was more than just the HPFP not being able to keep up with your boost level / fuel demand. You either have a LPFP issue (most likely) or a HPFP issue (less likely since its mechanical).

Last week I was at my dealership performing regular oil change in my car and they also updated software with the new version. After this update my car is firmer and actually there is basically only slight difference between Comfort and Sport suspension settings.

Changing the ECCENTRIC SHAFT SENSOR resolved my rough idle at start-up issue. Had it fixed in late 2018 and it has not come back. Dealer wanted $1800 but found a independent that specializes in BMW's who did it for $900. The shop was very familiar with this problem as it is a common failure. It seems the seal fails and oil gets into sensor.
